Не отдаёт деньги
Всё было ок, пока не поступил платёж в декабре. Невозможно осуществить перевод на другой btc кошелёк , вообще как-то вывести деньги. Показывает ошибку загрузку сети, ошибку при синхронизации кошелька, ошибку при взыскании комиссии и чтобы ты не делал одну ошибку пишет и всё.
Чата поддержки нет. Дописаться невозможно. Поэтому будте готовы получить туда деньги, которые никогда не можете забрать!

Не вводится пинкод. Просто е нажимаются кнопки. Деньги внутри зайти нельзя.
Horrible
Horrible exchange. When transferring your coins the charges on this platform are 60% on the average. It is useless and I loose more coins everyday I look at the gains on my app. I don’t recommend anyone loosing their money on Copay.
Lost my money
I go to use the app and I’m trying to send $15.00 to a local friend and it wanted an password I never made. This app is DEAD it’s now BitPay another garbage app by the same developer. Have fun getting transferring the funds. Whatever you have is lost.
I am being charged higher than what was on the transaction page.. I sent amount of $1,800
I sent an amount of $1850. And was charged for miners fee of $1.58 usd , instead they took $100 from it and sent only $1710 is this normal ? When the fees were initially $1.5 this is robbery.

За год использования недостатков не нашел. Все просто идеально, использую как кошелек под мелочь если надо чтото оплатить или перекинуть деньги на карту за границу.
Private key?
Did anyone else get an email asking for $250 to get a private key access and couldn’t access your money until you paid that money? What a joke!!

Very easy to use. I’ve been using copay for couple years and I’ve never had problem with it before. Funds are safe.

Where is the customer support or customer service when you have an issue, I been trying to find an email or phone number for weeks now
Since last update I can no longer login to my app
I updated my Copay app. Now the login screen to type in my 4 digit password no longer lets my type in my password. It only responds to 3 out of four key presses. Even then there is a long delay between my selection and it indicating I selected a digit.
