I think it’s about time for the app to have an update.
Useful app
I started using this app in 2014 when I started in law enforcement to keep up with notes for activity reports and general notes. 6 years and 3 departments and several promotions later and I am still using it for day to day notes.
Weird layout for buttons
Wondering why the custom buttons 1 2 3 and 4 are laid out the way they are. Seems it would make more sense to have them all together in the same row sequentially

Needs update!
I absolutely love this app and I rely on it for keeping track of everything I do on duty, but when I recently updated my iOS this app doesn’t work and I am lost. Please update so it works with the newest iOS!!! Please!!

CopLogger Saves the Day
Gone are the days of pens running out of ink and notepads running out of paper! CopLogger3 accurately records all the data from my shift each day and gives me a great resource file for filing my final shift reports. Plus the emailed copies remain cached in my personal and work emails in case I need to refer to them whether I'm in the office or about to take the witness stand! This is a great and ever expanding app that makes my shift so much easier!

This app is good I like it, I can customize it anyway I like. But what is with the pop up ads, I paid for this app.

Really good. Very simple, a bit fiddly with iPhone but probably great with iPad. Wish our department would see the sense in using something as simple ad this.
Good app, needs improvement though
I like the features of this app. It comes in handy at work every day. We need to be able to change all the function buttons to what we want them to be though, instead of the one customizable button. It's a pain to go into a new call everytime we are doing something that.
Good So Far
Used it for one shift on a couple of basic jobs. Useful once the custom buttons are tweaked to the requirements of your individual department. Only problem I identified is one that can't be fixed by the app. If I'm writing in a notebook and the defendant kicks off its much easier to throw the notebook on the ground and go hands on than throw my phone on the ground. The only other feature I would like to see is an in app button to activate the memo recorder for recording offenders as I warn/ speak to them.

Like the idea you can customize the app features to your specific needs. This is a great app for accurately logging activity and keeping a mobile data base on your smart phone of those you contact in the field. Worth every cent!

A good concept but not well executed. Plus why are there ads with a paid app? Has promise but needs more work.
