This is a great app, but I really need to customize the buttons. I work extra jobs by patrolling neighborhoods, and I need to add specific checks as a drop down for each neighborhood, I.e. “Elm Grove Park Check - No Activity” or “1600 MainStreet - No Activity,” etc. I also need to customize the order that the events are listed in under the neighborhood button so I can put them in order that I usually patrol past them. If I had these customized options… man… this would be the best app ever.

Really Cool!
This is such a cool app! I’d like to see picture functionality added to the vehicle database. Also, if you could design a cloud version that allows multiple users to access the same data in real time- I would pay monthly for that service! We have a small rescue organization that runs on a non-profit budget. So, we can’t afford the fancy CAD programs. I’m sure there are many others like us, who need something like this on a cloud service

Love this app!
I have been using this app from the beginning and love everything about it! Very well thought out and easy application while working in the field. Assist with keeping track “time stamps” of important tasks while on duty. Please continue adding as much as you can. Thanks!

Future versions of iOS won't support this app
Great app but badly needs an update to fix bugs and make it compatible with future iOS versions. As of today, May 26, 2017, iOS 10.3.2 is the last version to support this app per-Apple.
Very decent CAD app
My agency does not use a cad system or provide MDT's for the cruisers, as such it have taken to logging my own calls. If I use my tablet I use ALIER. If I use the ipad I use coplogger.
The day and night modes are great and the ability to customize buttons, dispositions, assisting units is great. The only things I could see the app improving on
1. Mirroring screens, allows for others using the app to see the same screen
2. Passwords for securing the app since it may contain PII
3. The ability to have more than one on duty units show up on the screen. Although to assume you could creat a button to log other units.
Other then that this is by far one of the best police apps I have used.
I used to dispatch and worked with 4 different CAD/RMS systems and this one is very simple.
If you log your own calls I highly recommend this app!

Best in field LE daily activity logger I've found
I tried an earlier version of this software and it was a good idea, but it wasn't developed enough to be useful. This version is a huge step forward with day and night modes, lots of custom adjustability and options galore. I gave it a 4 out 5 for one reason (DEVELOPERS PAY ATTENTION HERE) there is no in app security. In the help menu, it says that your device should have the security and that's it's better than the app. My agency and most others won't permit use of a record keeping app that doesn't have in program security at least at start up and ideally when the program times out and or when the PID (personal info DB) is accessed. If they add in app security I would use this every day and modify my rating to 5 stars.

Very useful
I've been using this app for about a month now and find it very useful. I use it to keep a daily log and to keep track of subjects and vehicles. I would only change a few things to customize it for my experience. I know it can be customize it but I don't know to what extent yet. I recommend this app.

The app is great, I'd have one request though and that would be adding a green text option on black background for night mode along with the red. Other than that, super!

Great App, as the chief of a small 6 officer department we have all adopted this as a replacement for our paper shift logs.
Please add one more customize button, and it would be perfect.

Love this app but do hate that I have been shut out of updates with my IPad 1.
Awesome app
Been looking for an app like this that did all this. This has total use for any disaster responder, police officer, or other public safety worker. I love how customizable the buttons are and how many options you can change and especially love the night view option, that makes a huge difference at night in a vehicle. I am a volunteer with a local fire dept. and a CERT member. I also participate in animal rescues and this is perfect for documenting found animals.

A true function incident management app has arrived.
This app comes close to perfection. The functionality is simple with a good layout and ease of use. Unfortunately on this build there is only one button that you can configure. As this is US focused it would be very handy if users could configure their own buttons to suit localists and varying job roles.
With this added functionality the app would appeal to a wider range of applications to include incident logs during emergencies or logging work activity in an office environment.
This really is a brilliant app and nothing comes close but by building in the added features this would be perfect.
For some reason on the IPAD there is no GPS option in the settings and I cannot access help however it not really needed it is so easy to use.

An app that sets the tone and future of what to expect on an iPad which is much better than an MCT. Only thing it can't do is run people though NCIC. ;)

Great app, one thing though...
I am a small town police officer and use this app everyday on my iPad. The only i would change is make all the red text on nigh mode white. Great app otherwise. Very user freindly.
