Quick, easy and really helpful
Really like using this app-lots of great features and easy to navigate. Love the prompts and the helpful focused ideas for improving mental health. James is really open to feedback which is really refreshing.
Amazingly helpful features
I’ve really enjoyed using the journal and have found it very helpful in processing my emotions. The features of the app are great, especially the AI chat as I found it helped me to think things through that were bothering me. I also like the actions section where you can record your goals for personal growth, it helps me to have a visual to see my plan. I would highly recommend this app to everyone, especially those who may have a hard time talking to people, processing emotions or keeping on track with goals.

Great App
Ive really enjoyed this app so far. I love how I’m able to upload pictures with my journal entries and also put my overall mood when I was writing it. I enjoy being able to look back very easily at my previous journal entries and see how it compares to today.
The AI ability is extremely cool and I think it does give good feedback, it really just depends on how much detail your entries have though.
