Please repair issue
I have bought from this app multiple times and it’s been great. However I tried purchasing some items today and the app states Apple Pay is not available with Copping Zone. Could this issue be fixed please.

When I paid for the order, I specified the wrong postal code. I immediately sent an email to the seller that I had made a mistake. To which he replied to me that he could not change anything now, if anything, we would wait until the parcel came back, saying it would not be lost. Since the beginning of October, I have been following the movement of the parcel by the track code. On October 20, the parcel arrived in the city and got stuck at the end point when it was necessary to deliver this parcel to the exact address. I waited about 2 weeks, but she didn't move. First I wrote to the technical support of the postal service. They said that the package was marked as lost and sent back to the seller. I sent this information to the Copping Zone Team by email. I received a letter in response that they displayed that the parcel was in place, allegedly I had to give another track code to return the lost parcel back to the seller. I started writing again to the delivery service, then to the seller. It all came down to the fact that at first they answered me, then they began to ignore me. They have not responded to the last 2 letters from me in any way, although a month has passed. As you can understand, I don't have a package. Today is February 9th. I got the feeling that Copping Zone just kicks its customers and doesn't want to solve their problems: "like, solve it yourself."

200$ buttati, il pacco mi è stato spedito. Dopo svariati giorni arrivato in italia, il track del pacco mi diceva che il destinatario era sconosciuto, (non ero a conoscenza nemmeno di quale corriere me lo avrebbe consegnato). Dopo un mese hanno riconsegnato il pacco a copping zone.
Se avessi saputo il corriere avrei chiamato.
Non comprerò più da copping zone, per niente affidabile, ora oltre a non avere la mia versity jacket non ho più nemmeno i soldi che ho speso.

I put 3 stars because I got little to no updates on my order and it took a little over a month for me to receive. The hoodie I ordered is great quality and fits TTS the pants in the other hand were cheap and don’t fit me at all.
Worst shipping time
At the moment of writing this review I have not received my package. I ordered stuff since the 24th of July and in 2 days it will be a month since I ordered. My order was above $180 which is express shipping and it still takes more than a month to arrive?, how do you supposedly sell designer clothing and still disappoint?. I wouldn’t have ever ordered if I knew it took this long to get to me. Just don’t order from here if you expect the standard two weeks arrival time…

App signs you out every time it is closed
This app is fine. It looks great, works well and is easy to navigate, but it has one major flaw I can’t ignore: every time i close the app it signs me out of my Copping Zone account without fail. If this issue is fixed this will be a great app.

Application très fonctionnelle, j’effectue ma première commande très bientôt, j’espère que la qualité sera au rendez-vous car les prix sont élevés. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de code promo et la connexion automatique ne marche pas avec l’iPhone X

4月末ごろに12000円ほどの商品を購入しましたが、新型コロナウイルスの影響を受け、7月に発送されました。
ですが、どうやら宛名が誰かも知らない人のものだったらしく配送会社が持ち帰り、返送の対応になり、その旨を連絡すると商品が返ってき次第また送るとのことでした。
そのメールを最後に何度商品の状況を尋ねても返信がありません。もう3ヶ月近くメールを無視されています。
そのため商品の発送も返金もされていません。
発送がウイルスの影響で遅れることに関しては仕方ないと思いますが、これに関しては対応が悪過ぎます。詐欺的です。
これからこちらで商品の購入を検討されている方はお勧めしません。

This is an actual response
This app is one of those flashy photoshopped apps you see on Instagram. I don’t recommend buying from here because their clothes are too small and once you ask for a refund they’ll start to ignore you. When you tell people about them not being cooperative, then they’ll respond but ban you from talking to them. I tried to contact them so many times but instead they’d just give me some weird Chinese websites that are most of the times not working properly. Their number doesn’t work it’s just there for no reason. Their email replies are just garbage.

このショップ、COVID-19の影響をモロに受けたらしく初めて注文したのが2020年2月の下旬（40000円程）。そこから全くの音沙汰がなく3ヶ月経過し、怪しく思いこちらから返金を要求。意外と1週間ほどで返金は完了して疑いはやや晴れた。なのでまた6月上旬に商品を注文（今度は怖いし1点だけ）するとまた2ヶ月経過。でもようやく今日届いた。SSのアイテムなのにAWの季節に届くんじゃねとか思っていたけど流石にそれは無かった。なかなか心臓に悪い思いをしたけど別に届いたからいいや。

私はこのCopping Zoneというアパレルブランド、小売店で服をオンラインで購入しました。
購入申請が済んで2週間後、海外とはいえ発送の通知すらくるのが遅いなと思っていたところ「品物の在庫が手元分無くなってしまったので発送が遅れます。またこれから長期休業に入るので来月まで発送作業は行えませんが注文をキャンセルしますか？」という趣旨のメールが来ました。
私は「まあ来月なら良いだろう」待ちますと返信しました。
ところが私がCopping Zoneのオンラインサイトで私の購入したアイテムを見ると在庫がまだあると表示がされていました。
ここで少し不信感を抱きました。
そしてその不安は的中しました。
翌月になっても品物が届かないどころか発送の通知がありません。そしてついに一ヶ月が経過しました。
私は確認のため「頼んだ品物の配送状況はどうなっていますか？」という趣旨のメールを送信しましたが返信の内容が「来週末には配送されますのでお待ちください」でした。
また私はその期間を待ったのですがやはりなんの音沙汰もありません。
そして再び連絡したところ「倉庫移転のため発送が遅れてます、来週には発送できますので待ってください」などでした。
流石に頭にきたので返金して下さいという内容のメールを送るも「もう直ぐなので待って下さい」というメールが来ました。
もう何を言っても「待て」しかこないなとおもいました。
Copping Zoneというアパレルブランド、小売店を利用される際は十分気をつけて下さい。
ちなみに決済方法はクレジットカードでした。
