Used to be good. Now epic fail
I had this app on my phone from when I first set up the phone 4 years ago. The phone still works well, but I’m moving to a new phone and giving the old one to a family member. I used Copy My Data four years ago to originally set up the phone successfully. Today I update the app and install it on the new phone. The update process showed several versions of the software, but didn’t offer a way to read how they might differ.
It didn’t allow me to just copy my photos, it insisted on deleting them. No problem, I won’t need them on the old phone anyway.
It seemed to start ok but crashed after copying around 300 MB of photos. I tried again multiple times and it always crashed at about that volume. I tried again with a small set of photos and that worked, but would crash with a large data set. I also had to individually select each photo for the transfer.
After getting 5%-10% through my photo library I gave up. Totally useless app.

Misleading and Useless – Should Be Removed
This app does not deliver on its core promise of transferring photos or data from iPhone. Despite the name and description, it fails to provide any working functionality for mobile data transfer. I tried multiple times, and nothing worked – no files were transferred at all. I’m shocked that the App Store continues to allow this app when it clearly misleads users. Just like the other one-star reviews, I believe this app should be removed entirely

how have you got 4.6 stars when you have to pay for the app in both phones. dodgy as DO NOT USE.
Terrible
Forced me to pay for the package then after said I need to have the app on both phone so pay double also it shows a qr code that leads to nothing and there is no option to cancel the recurring payment
Absolutely riddled with ads and does NOT work
As title states, full page unskippable ads and does not even do what it states. Constant disconnections and ads with every tap. Horrible app!

Charged me and did nothing
I needed to copy my game data from android to iOS. It didn’t work. But they sure charged me. They refused to reply to an email asking them to cancel my subscription. Not sure I feel like a campaign for a $12 charge. But since that’s what they count on, I’m definitely doing it.
Useless waste of time and money
Does not work in transfer from iPhone 8 to iPhone 15. Wasted 3 hours and $3.99
Doesn't work for iPhone to poco
I wasted 2 hrs. I followed their instructions if no connect to turn router off phones off the router on and 2 min later phones on. Wifi would still not connect the iPhone to poco f4 gt. I wasted 2 hrs and $3.99. What a gip
