App is hopeless
Have to set up a new schedule every time I use it. App always defaults to next charge Tuesday regardless of when set.
Limited functionality
It would be really helpful if I could just plug it in to charge and set it to charge for a certain amount of time. I don’t want to schedule it to charge at the same time every day, just when I plug it in why can’t I say ok charge for 4 hours? Instead I have to set an alarm on my phone to remind me to open the app and stop the charging. This feels really basic, why can’t the app do this?

Easy to use
I have been using Cord for the past two years without any issues. I had a problem once with the device, but customer service arranged for a technician to inspect it, and it was resolved.
Regarding scheduled charging, it works properly as long as no schedule is set in the car itself. Simply set the charging schedule in the Cord app, and it works as expected.

Is it broken
Once again the app seems to not be working. Leading to car not charging. It should not be this hard.
