Horrible customer service

I placed a pre order a few months ago with the time line of June delivery. August came and I still had not received my shipment. I asked for a refund and was told I would only get store credit. September 18 I placed an order for in stock items. I emailed 2 weeks later asking about my order and got an email saying sorry for the delay my order would ship in 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later…. One month from my original order date and still no shipping information and no order.
