You've come a long way!
At first this mobile was a novelty given that many of us now are mobile and have our laptops with us to access not only the web based full version or the new desktop version of the time card. Now, a couple of years later under new leadership and programmers that really care about our needs and pain points, this app shines and is super helpful, especially when we're out in the field or without our main computers. The best part of the app is the much improved user interface and amount of data and functions in the palm of our hand! Highly recommend!

Great app for either the iPad or phone
CORE on the cloud is great and CORE in the app makes it that much better to access remotely. It’s great to be able, at a moments notice see what the team is doing and in the dashboard be able to create any modules you might be interested in.

Can be better
Terrible interface. Not logical steps to do simple things like upload and save an invoice expense. Fix please!
App is horrible
Barely works, definitely effective at making one frustrated. Make the user experience like the web page and it will be ok. I’ve been waiting as it is ‘logging me in’ for over 10 minutes after initially being logged in.
Irritating, use a computer instead
The first aggravating part of this app is not being able to see my password. There is no button to press or check box to enable seeing it before pressing sign in.

App simply stays loading every time I tap on any projects under time cards so cannot enter my time

This app is very poor and unable to add an expense currently by scanning the receipt. It spins and then times out or errs. Before, it had difficulty pulling up the categories but I painfully got through it usin for a few years now. Had never been very functional and very dissatisfied with the current version. Very limiting and arduous! Employer just advises not to use the app but only web version. Boo and thumbs down for this platform!

Very convenient for tracking time!
I have to say this App has made my day to day so much easier. I have access to everything right from my phone. I really like the project visibility i get right at my fingertips.
Poor functionality and sync with web
The scan feature automatically populates fields incorrectly to projects I have never expensed towards before. When I create entries on the web, they often do not show on the app or show incorrectly. They appear to be for $0.00 or receipts will not appear attached. Fixing this causes sync issues.

A Sadist’s Contraption of a Time Tracker
Having to manually scroll through a list enumerating every possible minute of the day - a list with 1,440 elements - to select a start and stop time when logging your hours is likely the least efficient method of time entry possible. I repeat - a list of each and every minute of a 24-hour day: 8:00 am, 8:01 am, 8:02 am, 8:03 am, 8:04 am, 8:05 am, 8:06 am, 8:07 am... and so on. That you have to physically SCROLL through to select a desired time. You cannot scroll through the hours then the minutes. You cannot simply type in the value. You cannot select 8:00 am then change the am to a pm. No, you must manually scroll through a list containing 1,440 numbers each time you want to enter a start time. Then do it all over again to enter a stop time. Short of making the list randomized, there cannot be a worse way to do this. My blood pressure spikes every time I have to use this app. It takes me multiple hours to submit my time card for less than two weeks worth of work. I cannot express the anger, frustration, and resentment I have harbored towards this app since the day I’ve had the misfortune of being asked to use it. Many times I have chosen to not enter my hours - chosen to not get paid for work I’ve completed, just so I didn’t have to deal with this sadist’s contraption of a time tracking app. You cannot call this UI, it is a 21st century torture device. I am this close to having a nervous breakdown and walking out on my client because of this app. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to pay to subject their employees to this mindnumbing experience.

Doesn’t fit our needs
We have a variety of clients with a variety of activities for each client. When tracking time we need to be able to choose the client, then choose an activity from a list specific to that client. Right now the activity list contains all the activities ever done for every client. Definitely not sustainable.

NO CALENDAR??
For the most part, the app does provide some pretty good features. However, a glaring and professionally irresponsible omission in the development of this app is the absence of a calendar. Unbelievable. Even if I manually input an event into the online calendar (it has to be done manually because it doesn't automatically populate when you enter a project event, or any other project activity), it wouldn't matter because the app lacks a calendar. It seems like an odd omission considering this is a project management application. I asked the technical support team about it and even they were shocked to learn that it didn't provide a calendar. Instead of ask the minor fixes on these updates, why don't you correct the application by adding a calendar that since with the online software which syncs with the entry of projects?? What is the reasoning behind not having a calendar?
