Absolutely love this ap, Kate and Kelsey are such pro's and I'm able to get the alignment (and burn) right with their instruction without it being in person. I also love how the ap is laid out and you can select your workout by the time you have available, by which part of your body you want to focus on, or by style of workout. Super easy to use. Thank you!
