Hi there, thank you for sharing this and I am really sorry for the experience you have had. I understand how frustrating it is when the app feels slow, not user friendly, and does not sync properly with smart watches or iPhone Health data. I also understand why this would raise concerns about using the app for sports or organizational challenges. This is not the experience we want for you. We have recently fixed many bugs in the app and are continuing to improve performance, syncing, and usability, but we would really appreciate the opportunity to review what is happening and try to make this right.
