About
Work is organized hierarchically: spaces → teams → projects → tasks. Different directions (Mobile, Web, macOS App, Infra, and others) sit side by side, each with its own projects and boards, but within a shared space.
Tasks. A task carries a description, priority, due date, and assignee; it breaks down into subtasks and links to others through dependencies (blocks). Statuses move it from pending to done, and anything that needs sign-off passes through a dedicated review stage with approve/reject.
Collaboration. Comments, attachments, mentions, and reminders keep all the context on the task itself. Routine work can be set to recur on a schedule, so regular items are created automatically.
Inventory and procurement. Core handles stock tracking: items by category, batches with quantity, expiry date, and storage location, transfers between locations, and write-offs (used / expired / damaged). A purchase runs the full cycle — proposal, selecting and approving an option, and receiving the delivery straight into inventory — closing the loop from "we need to buy this" to "it's in stock."
Overview. A dashboard pulls together task stats, your active tasks, and whatever is waiting on your approval.
