About
CoreBit is the mobile companion to the CoreBit network monitoring server. When something breaks in your network, you know about it — wherever you are.
Built for network administrators and on-call engineers, the app gives you a fast, clear view of what is happening right now: which devices are up, which are down, what has gone wrong and who is handling it.
INSTANT ALERTS
• Push notifications for device outages, metric alarms and incidents
• Severity levels, so critical problems break through Focus while routine notices stay quiet
• Tap a notification to go straight to the incident or device
• Alerts follow your on-call schedule and mute settings from CoreBit
INCIDENTS
• See active and acknowledged incidents at a glance
• Acknowledge, change status, add a resolution note and assign incidents to yourself or a colleague
• A clear summary of what happened, when it started and which devices are affected
• A chart of the affected metric around the time of the incident
• See who else is following an incident, so you know you are not alone
DEVICES
• Search and filter all your devices by status
• Live vitals: CPU, memory and disk, with history charts for the last hours
• Custom metrics with clear status values, active metric alarms and threshold markers
• Recent activity and the full device log
ON DUTY
• See who is on duty right now
• Mute alarms for yourself, a colleague or everyone for a set time (admins)
• Mute a single device while you work on it
AI ASSISTANT
• Ask questions about your network in plain language, such as "Which devices are offline?" or "What happened to the core switch last night?"
• Answers are based on your CoreBit server's live data (requires the AI assistant to be set up in CoreBit)
MULTIPLE SERVERS
• Connect to several CoreBit servers and switch between them in one tap
• Notifications open on the right server automatically
SECURE BY DESIGN
• Pair by scanning a QR code from CoreBit — no passwords stored on the phone
• Every phone must be approved by an administrator before it can see anything
• All traffic is encrypted, and each phone gets its own access key that can be revoked at any time
• The app connects directly to your own CoreBit server — no separate cloud account needed
• Optional dedicated app port, so only the app's limited access needs to be reachable from outside
REQUIREMENTS
The app requires a CoreBit server (version with mobile app support). Your administrator creates an invite in CoreBit under Settings → Security → Mobile Apps. To learn more about CoreBit, visit corebit.network.
