Food, without the pressure. • A Food tab. Log what you eat in each eating window: search about 12,900 foods, including dishes from around the world (biryani, dal, pho, sushi, pad thai, tamales, injera and many more), pick a portion, or just type the calories. Keep favourites and copy earlier meals in one tap. • Missed a meal? Add it to any eating window from the past week, even during your next fast. • “What did you eat first?” now starts with the food itself, so your first meal counts straight away. • Rounded totals, never a goal. About how much you logged in the window and in the day, on Today, in History and in Monday’s look back. No targets, no countdowns, nothing subtracted for exercise. Hide the line on Today any time, or turn calories off in Settings. • Optional extras. Read calories another app logged in Apple Health, or scan a barcode (off until you turn it on; only the barcode number is looked up, at Open Food Facts). • Circles, more personal. Choose what you share, mute a circle, rest without losing your streak, a weekly recap and a feeling check-in. A gentle check-in during long fasts, too. • Tidier Settings. Sections open one at a time, each with a line on where it stands. • Many fixes, including Edit times from History and smoother sheets. Your food log stays on your phone and is never shared with any other app or service. Calories are never shown with simple time logging.
