About

CoreVue is a back-office app for US gas stations and convenience stores. Owners and managers run their stores from their phone — tank levels, pump prices, sales, barcode scanning, product changes, shelf-label printing. The Home screen Open CoreVue and the store is right there: - Tanks: gallons in every tank, days left at your usual pace, a warning when one runs low or takes on water - Fuel prices: the current pump price for every grade, cash and credit, with the latest change - Sales for today, this week, the last 4 weeks or any dates you pick — each card tells you what it is compared to - Fuel by grade, Departments down to the product, Employees per shift with voids and cancels - Works on iPad with a two-column layout Owners, managers, and employees each see the screens that fit their role. Shelf labels in the aisle Walk up to the shelf, scan a barcode, fix what's wrong (price, name, whatever), and print a new label on your Zebra. Pick the template that fits the shelf and see what it looks like before it prints. No trip back to the office. Invoices and inventory Snap a picture of an invoice and CoreVue pulls the items in for you. Counts and receiving stay lined up across all your stores. LARA Orders Build and submit LARA orders from the phone. Pull up what you've ordered before, add what's new, send it in. One store or twenty CoreVue works the same way for a single location or a regional chain. Switch stores from the top of any screen. We built CoreVue because the existing options for c-stores and gas stations were slow, clunky, and built for somebody else's business. This one is for ours. Network connection and a CoreVue account required.

What's New in CoreVue

1.15

October 28, 2026

v1.15 — The new Home Open the app and the store is right there. - Tanks: every tank with gallons inside, days left at your 30-day pace, a red ring when one runs low, a water warning when it matters. Tap a tank for capacity, ullage, temperature and the last delivery. - Fuel prices: today's pump price for every grade, cash and credit side by side if you price them apart, and an arrow when a price changed in the last 3 days. - Sales: pick Today, This week, 4 weeks or your own dates. Every card says what range it shows and what it is compared to. - Fuel by grade: a chart you can actually read, with a Total row. Tap a day to see just that day. - Departments: tap one and see which products did the selling. - Employees: sales, voids and cancels per shift, counted by the store's business day — the same numbers as the web dashboard. - iPad: two columns, detail sheets open in the middle of the screen. Smoother everywhere - Sheets slide and close the way iOS sheets should. One with unsaved edits asks before it goes. - The side menu opens from the left edge on every screen, Printer settings included. - Product descriptions hold 100 characters, so bottle size and proof stay on the label. Fixed - Labels no longer closes the app when opened from the side menu, and keeps your scanned list when you come back. - A fuel grade has one colour on every card. - Printer settings: the menu button works again, and saved printers no longer crash the screen. - Order and invoice item sheets open on the item's own Cases / Units choice. This version requires iOS 26.
