Delivered wrong wine

Store delivered the wrong wine. Same label but wrong grape. When I called to tell them they delivered the wrong wine, the store person said they don’t offer the wine I ordered, even though I ordered it from their website. Store person said I could bring the wine to the store to exchange it.

Horrible customer service.
