App won't work, support never replies

The app requires the puzzlet tray to have a firmware upgrade. The upgrade tool doesn't work. Their support doesn't respond after a week. They shouldn't even allow apps like this to stay in the store if they are totally unsupported and non functional anymore.

Doesn’t work

Purchased two of the sets to use at school. Cannot get the board to connect to any iPad, iPhone, or android device. Tried using the debugger, kept telling me it couldn’t connect to the internet. Cannot find guidance any where.

Tried on both iPhone & MacBook Pro. Tray needs to be updated redirects to their website - 404 Page. Useless...

My 6 and 4 year old girls fight (nicely) to play this game. A great, fun learning tool. Make more games for your puzzlet please.
