Hoops defeat purpose of convenient mobile banking
I use this app for my savings account. I don’t need to access it every day. Beware, if you don’t login for 30 days, you will have to reset your password. If you don’t logon after 90 days, your mobile banking account will be deleted. Then you will have to set up a new account, but when you try to login, it probably still won’t work. I’m not calling the bank again for help (bank staff is AWESOME though). I’m just going to delete the app... and reluctantly move my account to another bank that has a better app. I need better tools with my busy/traveling lifestyle.
