No feature to modify the Telegram that’s linked to the app
I have paid for annual membership and found out that telegram that was linked earlier is no longer active and now reaching out to the support team to change it from their end as it’s unavailable for the users to modify ourselves. Highly frustrating that as users we are unable to change it nor the backend team is able to address this issue for the last one week. Beware before you purchase a membership with Cornix. 0 stars for the support.

It’s not that user friendly they claim. At least for blind and visual impaired people.
I seen many had complained about its slide passing feature, this people can understand we blind people at these moments. Normally, it must accept face ID and let you in, but not doing that and wants to do a slide thing. I contacted them but nothing change and it seems it does not change. Thank you any way.

ich bin frontend user. möglicherweise weiß ich den aufwand nicht zu schätzen; aber ich finde das preisgefüge im abo schon ziemlich überdimensioniert.
vor allem, wenn die leistung im BASIS abo eigentlich so gut wie keine leistung enthält.
in der anwendung fand ich die app nach kurzer eingewöhnung recht gut zu bedienen… schade. insgesamt für mich nicht verhältnismäßig.

Great app, when works
It’s pretty nice app, easy to use and with nice UI. It just stopped working after last update. Can’t login, I just swipe the puzzle and nothing happen
So expensive

Support is useless, it can't help in any way. Questions are not solved, money is wasted
I paid for the subscription and then realized that I linked the wrong telegram account, the transfer to the right account is not possible, it so happened that I paid $ 450, but I can't use it. Terrible service, support responds that it can't help in any way…

Unstable functionalities and interface
The app crashed on some few occasions while using.
The app asks for login, finger print with captcha very frequently - need a way to customize very frequent login requests
The circle design of coins showing a amount of % profit & lots under trades section are always in green circle - The trades in loss should be red circle and those trades in profit should be green circle
Some values in the app don't refresh automatically; the app screen needs to be refreshed by pulling down and releasing for the values to refresh. This is especially under Trades section

Don’t trust the signal groups they recommended.
I wrote a review on a signal group Cornix recommended and they declined to submit it. Here is the review I wrote:
RUN AWAY!! Don’t subscribe!!
I joined the group after I saw them on telegram. after joining the admin @Xleyn all the time answered tomy wuestions after 4-5 days!
In one week after I setup my account I lost 30% of my money. 3 weeks later and in less then 2 hours I lost everything 100%.
I contacted the admin after losing everything for explanations No Response!!

Awful login
The app is ok and well designed but on this last update they managed to add to the login the same mechanism they have on the web app. The “slide the piece to fit the puzzle”. So every time I wanna check my trades i need, not only, to do the Face ID (which is ok) but also slide the piece to fit the puzzle. I’ve never seen this on a mobile app. It’s a waste of time.
Other issue is that the portfolio amount does not match the one on the web app.
If it wasn’t for this I’d give a 4. Especially because the support on telegram is very good.

Fantastic
Absolutely fantastic, well done app! Their telegram bot interface is horrible so I was very surprised to see this amazing app, you can do everything with it, just much easier. Also very beautiful and user friendly.
Great idea, app just isn’t there yet
There are some cool features like trailing entry and exit, but the app has dire API issues that are a death trap waiting to happen.
You know your rope is frayed and tends to break, don’t scale the mountain with it. You go on vacation and come back to Champaign-toasting friends in your chat group about the amazing results, but you got liquidated by a market wick. How?
Any time there is a little market turbulence (very frequent) or network latency, the API loses track of what you’ve got on the exchange. The app notifies you that you took profit 2 and moved your SL to TP1, then closed at trailing stoploss/TP1. But you look on the exchange (and you better watch it like a hawk if you use Cornix) you find that somehow the exchange didn’t get the close memo and you’ve been liquidated.
None of your junk bids that would’ve filled and made you rich were seen by the exchange. You’ve taken 100% of the risk, swallowed it, and reaped none of the reward.
When trading with Cornix, please multiply your risk by 5x when calculating Risk:Reward. Until Cornix can figure out how to get their API to properly function with the exchange during latency, you’re taking an incredible risk.
Again, my dire warning to you:
DO NOT USE CORNIX UNATTENDED - WATCH EVERY TRANSACTION AND MANUALLY SET YOUR SL IN THE EXCHANGE, ALWAYS

Great app
This app is nice and is my go to app for checking my crypto portfolio. It’s also great for trading with my vip signal group but the only hitch that bothers me is that on the iOS version, the option for starting a trade manually under the portfolio section is unavailable but on the android version, you can manually open/create any trade you want. Please fix ASAP.
