Cashless useless
Sin éxito he intentado contactar al owner de su plataforma cashless y no me han reembolsado. La plataforma dice que ya se hizo pero nunca llegó el reembolso.
No deja agregar pulseras
No me deja agregar mis pulseras del día 2 y 3. Lo que hace el reembolso imposible
Needs improvement
Needs language setting option notifications were nothing more then advertisements instead of important news and could be better with filtering options if user only wanted entrench news and not so much spam. Interactive map would be better with toggle option to only display what user wanted to find. Search would display itemized results and could only click one at a time instead to show on the map instead of all locations which would be better to find closest one instead of going back to results just to see which was closer to user location. The activities and area sections were confusing as only displayed as a list. Example being “food truck area” giving list of vendors but no indication or way of finding where on the map that area was

La UI y UX tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad

Para ser una app de un festival le falta mucha información, no puedes buscar en el mapa los stands o ver que hay, está todo muy genérico, te mandan notificaciones y luego no puedes ver el detalle solo te mandan a la página inicial y si no la leíste no hay manera de leerla, mandan muchas notificaciones que otros eventos que nada que ver con el festival que es molesto como spam, tienen funciones que no llevan a nada como las insignias
