My company has used this for a while. It has always worked, but when I upgrade my phone to iPhone 16 in order to use it correctly, I had to uninstall and reinstall in order to submit receipts that is getting very aggravating
Job cost coding finally done right
First app we’ve used for our construction company that has dynamic job cost coding structure, my guys finally are coding expenses correctly and it’s easy for them.
Save/Submit Button Fix
Please move the save/submit buttons further apart or at least make the submit button a 2 stage button where you have to double verify if it needs to be submitted or not. Accidental submissions when the expense report is still in process with incomplete purchases, etc is a massive waste of time.

Black screen
Every time I turn this app on. I only get a black screen. You have a bug that freezes me out.

Works amazing for my corp. card
I was shocked how easy it was to use this app. It auto generates my expense reports & captures my receipts immediately!
Snap receipt and go
Easy to use. Take a picture of the receipt and I’m basically done. No more expense reports!
Horrible app
When inputting receipt from a few days ago I have to input it multiple times for this app to register it. Don’t have time everyday to input them. Fix this and also most of the time when I try to get on it says session has expired please log in again. I was not logged in in the first place. This app really needs some improvements fast app developers please take note and apply fixes

The most intuitive!!! The BEST!!!
The Comdata Expense Track is the most comprehensive and intuitive of all expense apps I have used in my sales travel career — I paid for and used Expensify and other apps provided by Amex or other credit cards, but NOTHING worked better for me other than EXPENSE TRACK. It’s like it was designed by people like ME, actual people that have been struggling with expenses bearing in my mind the corporate travel policies to be enforced through the app so companies don’t have to also struggle micro managing the payables. Try it and see for yourself.

This app locks up
This app is glitchy and does not work well with Apple products hot garbage to say the least.
Horrible app
Anytime I execute the app I get a blue screen and I have to delete and reload the app in order for it to work. Not a very reliable app. Hinders progress.
If you want an app to get you frustrated, look no further...
Gave it one star, because zero wasn’t available. Bring up the keyboard to enter data, and it obscures the entry field? Why?
Expense track
This is a worthless program I have to remove and reinstall about every 4-6 times after I add a new receipt it takes over 30 minutes then it won’t go and I have to stop and delete workings and start over. We have at least 2 a day so I wait until I have a few days worth cause some times I’ve have to do it after each receipt. I wish our company would change to a different program.

New IOS update 11.3 crashed this app
I had no problems with the app then updated my iPhone to 11.3 and get stuck st verifying login. Please fix!

Best Mobile App experience!
I can either snap a picture of my receipt with the app in real-time or later at the hotel and enter in everything. Then when it’s time to submit report it’s already there and automatically attached and coded! Game changer
