How does this thing actually work? I have my own domain name for my business which I use to sign in to microsoft.com but your app is refusing me access, claiming I’m a personal account holder. Is that because I don't want to sign up for Office 365? This app is supposed to be what I use to access my virtual office phone line. But it’s no wonder people are not using it.
