No boarding pass
Once checkin is closed you can’t even get your boarding pass. App also keeps popping up an itinerary updated message.
Disappointing my company uses something this poorly functional
First time having to prepare for an upcoming work trip, one would think the app suggested by one’s company, should at the very least function as advertised. I wasted the better part of an hour trying to login - Each time getting the error of password / email being incorrect. And each time my anxiety growing thinking it is a user error and having changed my password twice… been as careful as possible entering my details yet to no avail. I’ll stick to the web access for now but will definitely be requesting my company look into a different supplier.

No matter how many times I reset password to open app it stops working after two or three uses. Absolute disaster of an app, waste of time having. If you can not fix this issue get rid of it.

Non operational, crashes on startup.
Don’t bother, the app crashes on startup, just use a web browser to log in.

Cannot log in , fine on laptop but unable too on app
Still unable to login to use
App was promoted to try so I thought I would have another go at it as I have never been able to login before. Nothing has changed - still does not recognise you with the website credentials.
App doesn’t work, staff aren’t helpful
App doesn’t work, staff in support aren’t helpful and said for me to use the Qantas app. Haha really? For a service being replaced by AI you’d think they’ll care… oh well goodbye

Unfortunately nothing you do will let you use this app. Got a new password, said it was wrong. Got a temporary password to use the app, copied and pasted it, still said it was wrong. This app is quite useless and a big waste of time.

I see in reviews more than a year old, that people could not log in to this app. The same problem exists. I can log in fine through a web browser but not through the app.

Can’t log in
Unfortunately can’t attest whether the app works ok or not as I can’t login. Browser version works fine but app sends a temporary password to my email but never arrives. This needs to be fixed! Very frustrating
