About

Cortesy Employees is the companion app for the staff of businesses that use Cortesy, the AI receptionist that answers customers and books appointments for them. It puts the appointments assigned to you in your pocket. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • Your next appointment front and center: time, customer and type. • How many appointments you have today and in the next 7 days. AGENDA • Today, next 7 days or everything upcoming, grouped by day. • Times shown in your phone's time zone. • Show or hide canceled appointments. • Pull down to refresh. Your latest agenda stays available without signal. APPOINTMENT DETAILS • Customer, date, time, type, contact email and the notes from the booking. • The customer's email and notes are never stored on the phone. SECURE BY DESIGN • Optional lock with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN. • Your business can revoke access at any time; the app then signs out and erases the saved data. • No ads and no tracking. HOW TO GET ACCESS The app is for employees of businesses that use Cortesy. Your employer invites you from the Cortesy portal (My team); open the invitation on your phone, choose a password and sign in. Without an invitation you cannot create an account. English and Spanish.

What's New in Cortesy Employees

0.6.1

Day view: when several appointments share the same hour, the ones that do not fit are now grouped behind a "+N" you can tap to see the whole time slot, and each block keeps the client visible instead of going blank. Fixed: a busy hour no longer shrinks the rest of the day, so an appointment on its own uses the full width again.
