It enables clinicians to capture patient encounters, dictate notes, and manage documentation workflows directly from their mobile device. Key features: • Schedule — View your daily patient appointments and encounter status • Dictations — Track outstanding encounters needing documentation • Record — Capture audio dictations with automatic AI transcription and note structuring • Role-based access — Providers see their own patients; mid-office staff see the full day's schedule for intake This app is restricted to authorized Cortex Neurovascular personnel. Access requires a pre-authorized email account. No public registration is available. Contact your administrator if you need access. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. PHI is handled in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
