Not accurate
The app said my resting heart rate was 68bpm and checked it with an actual machine right after and said it 122bpm, I wish the the app was right and my heart rate was 68bmp but I know that it isn’t, also every time I used the app it was wrong , so don’t waste your money!

For what it is seems to be very well manufactured works great… congrats on u new found glory maycalll the riches spoil you an keeps u humble dont let money control how u treat ppl when your bank acount has commas in it
