There’s nothing on the app it’s just blank. I was approved and there’s nothing there, and now I’m changing my tik tok password
horrible app now
i was one of cosduck’s FIRST influencers and i promoted them like crazy because it was a good app. now they switched to tiktok shop affiliates only (which i have no problem with, doesn’t affect me but it affects those who don’t have it) not only that, they require FIVE VIDEOS for ONE little lipstick like???? makes no sense. they promoted the app for microinfluencers, and now they actually having people using it they switch up. insane. don’t even bother downloading it, it’s a horrible app.

Was great.. Then it changed completely
Its all for TikTok shop affiliates now. Not smaller creators! I used it once before they changed it completely and it’s so disappointing to see the change they made. Going to delete the app because I have no use for it now :(
Great for new content creators
I am a small content creator I love the fact that you get quick reimbursement for the product and easy submission for video and screenshot uploads. Free products in exchange for a small video. If you’re a very small content creator this is for you. They even pay back a tiny bit more.

UPDATE: they support team finally got back to me via email and fixed my problem. The app works and is great! Every creator who specialize in kbeauty/ Asian beauty should run to install it😤😤.
I was emailed about cosduck, and later when other creators said good things about it, I installed it. I would love to use the app, but it literally does not let me apply to ANY campaigns at all, even the ones that JUST opened. I would go through the first two checks and the last “apply” button, it would show an error saying “permission denied” every time. I’ve emailed, reported issue, and DMed them, to no response - this and 2 scheduled emails are my last resort :((

Genuine Review
I’m not sure why the other review didn’t like this app but I was emailed by a cosduck pr manager and I was skeptical at first but to gain my trust, they sent me the money first to buy the product. After that, I started using my own money to buy the products, and they have sent me my money back after I finished my video. This app is really good for smaller influencers like me, I don’t have a large fanbase but I enjoy reviewing their products 🤍 If you are worried this review is fake, you can message me on Tiktok @odettefleurs for confirmation! Products Great but Customer Service and App Unreliable
I’ve loved getting to sample various K-beauty products in exchange for a review. My refunds are usually timely. However, there have been a few times that the app has glitched and I have not been able to complete a campaign. Additionally, two of the products I requested by shipping were sent several weeks late and one never arrived. Finally, I updated my password but have still had issues logging in on another decide. Each time I email Cosduck about these issues, I do not hear back for several days or weeks, if at all. This has resulted in an inability to complete campaigns in a timely manner due to glitching or delays, which then restricts me from participating in new campaigns for several days and receiving my refund. My hope is that in writing this review, I will finally hear back from the Cosduck team.

Bro I stg I had to delete and redownload every single time I have to get in this app because it signs me out of my account and won’t let me back in unless I delete and restart. I have a video due tonight and I need to submit it but now I can’t.
Make it less glitchy!
I loved doing campaigns on cosduck! However, these days my app is super glitchy and when I try to apply for a campaign, it lets me check the circle on the first 2 steps, but then the screen goes blank and only says next on the bottom.
Then, it started asking me to log in. I would Put in my correct user and password. Then, it would show the buffering sign and not actually log me in.
It’s so frustrating! I really enjoy doing these campaigns🙌.

I don’t like this app because it literally kicked me out and I can’t go back in my account for some reason and this app has access to my tik tok so im worried about what’s going to happen to my tt account
constant bugs, no one responds
I loved this at first but now my account is restricted due to “late” posts, the problem the products never shipped, therefore I cannot make a video on a product I haven’t received. Now I’m restricted from applying for more campaigns and locked out of my account. I have sent so many emails and no one ever responds.

Hit or miss
Originally I’ve loved this app. I have gotten a good amount of collabs through it, the products are amazing as well. You can choose the ones where you pay for them in advance and get an immediate refund after sharing your posted content, or shipped products. My main downside is sometimes it won’t accept my link even if it’s met all guidelines and it’s frustrating, or right now where it won’t let me log back in even though I’ve done everything to do so. It just spins. It needs some updates for sure, but I will say a good place to start for someone who is new to skincare collabs.

Poor Customer Service
It has been a little over 2 weeks since I have downloaded this app. It said my account had been successfully connected but hasn’t been verified yet. They said it would be verified within one day and it has been 2 weeks. I reached out to them about this issue and haven’t gotten a response back.

No communication or responses
I have issues on this app where it won’t accept my links because the required hashtags or account tags are not in my post, but they are. There are hashtags they list with spaces, but hashtags cannot have spaces. The one campaign they had the wrong info for the account to tag. I have email numerous times with no response, and now because these are cashback campaigns I am out money too!!! Not happy.

Amazing
I love the idea of having to choose what product you want to promote or make content on. As a micro influencer/content creators this app has been absolute gem for me. I apply to the product I like the most or just want to try. It’s quick and easy. Little note to the team is that sometimes the app crashes and is slow.
