What an Amazing App for Meditation and Relaxation

I love this app so much; it allows me to set a relaxing tone for my time of devotion to God’s Holy Word and to pray and meditate in His word. I highly recommend this app!

What Sets This App Apart

This App is unique because you select the sounds and there are many varied sounds available. Those sounds may be rearranged and come and go in a way that keeps things fresh but they are always your sounds. And, presumably, you made those selections because, that’s what you needed to hear (there’s a handy undo button!). Hearing one’s sounds cycle around can become immersive and emotional. Confining the soundscape to the users selections is what sets this app apart and makes it, by far, one of the “best in it’s class”.

You can make it spacey or super dense and exciting.

In my experience, similar apps, including those produced by artists mentioned in the app description, are cool in an of themselves, but, for me don’t have the emotional resonance of Cosm’s. This is because they insert their own sounds into the soundscape. Sometimes that can be interesting, but too often I find it intrusive. I don’t use this type of app to jam with an algorithm, I want to explore my own space.

Abandonware. Drains battery while “off.”

Developer site is gone, so don’t count on support or updates. Also, this app used 70% of my battery in one day, while off (not playing) and in the background. Cool sounds, great interface, but poorly executed at the code level.

Abandoned App - Does NOT work

cannot save soundscapes you create or access ones you created in the past. will be seeking a refund

I cannot believe this is free

Thank you for this app and the other ones. Helps my anxiety so much!

I love this app!

with an endless selection of music to create, what’s not to love? And you can keep the music you created and reflect on it in your journal. A great app!

Wonderful soundscaping app

I cried when this temporarily disappeared from the App Store for a bit.
Such a wonderful tool for creating soundscapes and relaxation.

Problem using with AUM

It doesn’t load properly in AUM. And sometimes won’t play sounds when you can get it loaded. Could you please add more sounds and a pop up menu for the sounds rather than having to scroll through every sound. I wish there were more apps like this. Please fix. Thanks so much.

My favorite music making app to date! Thank you!!

Super excited to see this one grow!!! Much love “ABIDE SERENE” 🦌📀♾📀🦃

Too much lag

I’d like to listen to my recordings but it’s like a 10 or so second lag. It’s calm, fun & relaxing. That lag time loses most of the apps potential.

Please allow a way to turn off the text prompt

The sounds are great, and I love the visuals, but I find the texts popping up telling me to “feel how the sound affects my body” very distracting and frankly rather patronizing. I would much rather experience how the visuals make me feel, without being reminded to do so every other minute!

Calming tool

Excellent calming tool for anyone... I personally use it with children whom have special needs to help sooth and calm them when over stimulated.

one problem

the app is awesome. the only issue that i have is that the timer feature does not work. i set the timer for 20 minutes and fell asleep to the relaxing tones. i woke up an hour later and the app was still running. possibly a bug?

Response from developer

Hi, glad you're enjoying the app. There is a bell that sounds when the time is up, but perhaps it just blends in with the rest of the music. We'll look at improving this in an update.

Yeah!

I’m not usually fond of things that resemble this, but I really like this one. Really beautiful sounding, well conceived app. Really seems to do what they say, and I’m calmer already. Thanks!

Beautiful

Just what I needed! Like some of the Eno apps and others but I like the way this one works and sounds very much. Get it!

Simply Gorgeous Soundscape Generator

This app generates stunning soundscapes based on the parameters you select and the notes you enter when touching the playing area. With 30 different sounds to choose from you can create an endless array of soundscapes and it is IAA compatible, which makes it very useful for iOS musicians. There is an “undo last step” feature which is very useful. Soundscapes can be saved in the Journal to listen to later. I’m giving it 5 stars but there is one thing I’d like to see the developer implement. With its large supply of 30 sounds I would prefer a pop up menu to select the sounds I want to use versus the way you have to advance through them now. Maya comes just before Zendo so if I’m using Zendo and decide Maya would sound wonderful with it I have to advance through all 29 other sounds to get to Maya. It’s a small criticism and something I can certainly live with, but am hopefully to see this changed. I’m listening to one of my creations as I write this and am very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful musical experience

Well done! Sounds awesome. A mixture of a great musical experience as well as a perfect way to relax and calm down. The team did a beautiful job in the creation of this app.
