This app will send you an alert when the sun rises, or when the twilight hour starts. You can choose between civil twilight, neutical twilight and astrological twilight. Use this app to syncronise your circadian rhythm to sunrise or twilight hours. You also have the option of adding the next sunrise, or twilight times on your calendar.
