Cosmic Production is the official mobile companion app for Cosmic Production d.o.o. — a Croatian audiovisual production company based in Split. The app gives customers, partners, and field crew one place to browse the rental catalog, request bookings, accept quotes, sign event agreements, and run jobs on site. WHO IT IS FOR • Event organizers, promoters, and venues planning weddings, parties, conferences, or festivals on the Dalmatian coast • B2B partners (hotels, agencies, production companies) renting gear and crew at preferred rates • Cosmic Production field workers checking in at venues, running set-up task lists, and logging materials WHAT YOU CAN DO • Browse the live rental catalog of DJ players, mixers, line arrays, subwoofers, microphones, wireless systems, moving heads, and lighting consoles • See full specs, daily rates, weekend rates, and what's included in each rental • Add gear to a booking inquiry, pick dates, venue, and add notes • Submit a booking — Cosmic Production reviews and replies with a confirmed quote within a few hours • Accept quotes and sign event agreements with a single tap (eIDAS simple electronic signature) • Track booking status from submitted to confirmed to signed to delivered • For field crew: see assigned jobs, check in at the venue with one tap, run set-up task lists, log materials and damage, attach photos WHY IT IS DIFFERENT Cosmic Production is not a marketplace. Every quote is reviewed by the Cosmic Production team. Every booking is confirmed by a human before anything is binding. No upfront payment. No automated pricing surprises. Just a fast, transparent way to work with a Croatian production company that has been doing this for years. PRIVACY AND TRUST Cosmic Production does not show ads, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Account data and bookings stay on EU servers (Supabase, Stockholm). Account deletion is one tap inside the app — and we explain exactly what is removed and what is retained for accounting compliance.
