Nothing inside
I purchased the year subscription and found out no magazines on it, better tell me how to download the magazine.
Not good.
It's definitely not user friendly! It's very easy for them to charge you to read but it's not easy to make it work. I made the purchase but can not read anything. I can not cancel the service which means. They are going to keep charging me. Very frustrated.
Subscribed but no magazine
January issue is still not available in my app. Could you help me with this?
