Bugged, I can’t open mystery boxes

Whenever I get a mystery box from a level I can’t open it even when I try to watch an ad it still won’t let me

Such a good game!

I loved this game! It takes time but is amazing! Im planning on making a story of this but the ads and payments are expensive, like the characters, and the rarity of getting characters are very irritating, but I still loving it!
