New update is buggy

Works the way it’s supposed to, but not the way it needs to
The CosmoLex app is very basic. It works the way it’s supposed to, but that really isn’t the most helpful. I can add tasks to matters in the most the basic way. I can add contacts, in the most basic way. I can add time, in the most basic way. It can track my time, which is definitely convenient. The fact that there is an app and that it has the calendar and tasks in it, leads me to question why the app doesn’t have the ability to notify me about appointments on the calendar, task due dates, etc. This would be a giant improvement to the app. As is, I have to have the CosmoLex calendar sync with my Google calendar just so that I can get calendar notifications! Plus, I keep having to print out my tasks lists or hand-write daily to-do lists - neither of these options is very helpful! The entire point of this review is to say that there is so much more that this app could be doing!

Fine, nothing to get too excited about due to re-login issues
The app works fine and is nice to have, but the need to re-login every time I use the app is frustrating and prevents the app from being more useful. The Face ID option is useless because it never remembers a password between app uses, much less that use of Face ID has been switched to “on.”
Cant view trust balance, add hard costs/payments
Very limited with what you can do in the app. No way to see trust balance. Also, no way to download the invoice or send to client via app. No way to add payments from the app or request trust funds. All you can do is log time and soft costs. You Can’t even add hard costs in the app! The website isn’t mobile-friendly, and the app is useless other than for logging time and soft costs. You really have to be in front of a desktop to use cosmolex. They keep updating non-vital features without addressing major usability issues such as the payment link the system generates looks completely messed up on mobile devices. They should take a look how practice panther does it. I’m only using cosmolex for their accounting which has it’s own major issues. The whole thing needs a major update asap!

Ho hum
The ability to enter time from an app is helpful. Touch or Face ID would be very helpful. This seems like a skin of the site w limited functions. Works and is stable from my experience.
