App & and website keep throwing me out and won’t let me do anything and can transfer my funds :(

Cannot use the card, cannot withdraw the funds! Have tried the app it just crashes and the website just shows an error code. I have bills to pay I need to be able access my income!

All the negative reviews are true. Since money has been deposited into my account I can’t transfer it to my bank account they charged me for it and then cancelled my account and gave me a new one, at this point my only hope is I get the physical card, otherwise if I don’t they just stole money. I already switched payment providers, avoid this company at all costs! They will steal your money

Awful scammers!
I had an account with a balance of over £300 and they deactivated my account and seem to have taken all my money. I will have to take legal proceedings.

This card is expensive to use with all the additional monthly fees/currency charges from $ to £…Sometimes the payment doesn’t work in shops as it’s just a prepaid card & not real bank account…There’s a virtual card within the app but the details cannot be added to your Apple Pay!
The only positive thing is the Team always replies fast if there’s issues but damn I would prefer if I didn’t have to contact them at all lol …..

No descargues la app
Tengo 20 años y sigo viviendo con mis padres, no tengo ninguna factura de luz o escrita de la casa a mi nombre y por ello no me dejan retirar el dinero, su solución es que mi padre se cree una cuenta de CosmoPayment y le pase mi dinero a él para que el luego me lo pase devuelta a mi . Me parece una barbaridad que a día de hoy, una aplicación que se venda como manejar tu dinero fácil, sea tan compleja y con un montón de requisitos; a saber la de dinero que se habrán quedado de personas que no hayan podido sacarlo. No recomendado en absoluto en mi caso ya son más de 100 euros

Uno de los trabajadores que responde mi correo dice que tengo que crearme una cuenta nueva y volver a solicitar la tarjeta y otra me dice de que si quiero volver a esperar el envío puro cuento de que no entiendo por qué tengo que volver a crear una cuenta

Unable to login/use the app
I enter my information exactly as I do in browser and get an error message saying “Login service invocation failed”.
