Cosmos Builder

Cosmos Builder is your construction company's app: the owner, the office, foremen and your clients see the same progress, each in their own way. LOG THE DAY ON SITE The foreman records what was done on each activity, the hours, the crew and the weather, and attaches photos. It works without signal: entries are sent when the connection is back. SEE HOW EVERY PROJECT IS GOING Progress measured by units, not eyeballed percentages. Cosmos compares what was done with the plan and tells you whether the project is on time, ahead or late, and when it will finish. LUNA, YOUR ASSISTANT Ask Luna why a project is late and what your options are: a bigger crew, overtime or subcontracting, with their effect on the date and the cost. Luna uses artificial intelligence and asks for your permission before your first message. MATERIALS, CHANGES AND BILLING Record material deliveries, change orders and unplanned work. Prepare billing estimates with advance, retention and tax. YOUR CLIENT, UP TO DATE Your client sees the progress of their project and a weekly report in plain words, without seeing your costs. YOUR TEAM, WITH PERMISSIONS Invite your team by email and assign each person to their projects. Each role sees only what it should. Cosmos is used by invitation from your company. No ads based on your data and no tracking.
