Worst app
This app very frequently fails to add beans after buying coffee from stores. The store sales person inputs everything correctly and scan s the QR, however the number does not add up. This has occurred to me multiple times and i have stopped buying coffee from Costa.
Useless app
Costa coffee had been my favorite since my teenage, however, now a days it had been the worst coffee shop. Let’s come to app-
Their app is just useless, since you can’t order anything through app, you can’t even see your order history.
They say, collect beans and get a free coffee on collection of 10 beans, I have ordered 4 times for collection of beans, but my app is showing just 2 beans.
They showed 15% discount on their hazelnut coffee series, while they didn’t provide that discount when I ordered through their khan market store, and when I reported this issue through email, after writing to them multiple times, they credited one free coffee in my app, but that free coffee was debited when I made a “paid” order in their aerocity store. I have been writing to them since then, it’s been 2 months but they are all deaf ears. I think it’s time they should be reported on Instagram and twitter and Facebook.

Issue with App
I have been using this app for sometime now . O issues so far. But today when I tried to log in it kept on showing error. Due to this I could not add the purchase thru the app. Deleted the app and downloaded again from App Safire. Same issue - unable to log in. Pls check what this issue is
Poor support
I ordered for a coffee via Zomato. The package I received was completely spilled. When called the store they put the blame on Zomato. Call Costa care and received a routine reply of we will escalate. Being a very old customer of Costa such treatment hurts. Will see how they resolve it else there is no going back to them

Failure
Using from last many months and it’s been few weeks it’s not at all working as every time it says unable to check rewards, neither it’s updating rewards not show any new rewards

Unable to register!!
Very bad quality assurance from the app developers. The screen to user registration itself is hanging..Wasted 1 hour of my Sunaday morning 😩
App not working!!
I had to reinstall the app and am unable to login. I just get the login page for a flash and then it just disappears. Can someone help?

App doesn’t allow toRegister
The app needs a lot of work. They send a 6 digit code and the app rejects it all the time saying invalid code. Please sort it out. Tried a lot of times.
Worst app ever
I have tried several times to register through mobile but once i enter the OTP code it does not allow to go ahead. It says enter a valid code. What kind of garbage app is this? Not upto even basic standards. Costa, your coffee is superb but please fix this garbage.
