Trying to out my phone number in and when I go to press on the place where I live it has a white screen
App isn’t working
App won’t let me choose my country therefore my number can’t be logged and therefore the app is stuck on the welcome screen. Been like these for weeks now.

This new app design is so bad and super low effort, so bad that i left the store to go to another cafe with better app and loyalty system, the old one was way better system and design and dark comfort background , and every time i log in i lose my beans 🙄
Burnt the bean
I come to costa very frequently because of the convenience of it on my daily commute to work, every time I order I specifically ask for them not to burn the bean and keep the roasting temp between 93-95 degrees and each time they go well over and burn the bean 🤬
I cant even log in
I’m trying to log in but it says in from Kuwait and when I try to change it it just has a blank screen

进去以后默认国家是科威特，而且改不了。看了下app开发者也是阿拉伯人的名字

This app doesn’t work. If they can’t make a functioning app, they should go back to issuing physical cards. They haven’t caught up to modern technology. It’s really sad actually.
Poor App
The app rarely works and every time my phone software updates the Costa app stops working! I loose all my credits!

This used to work now I have lost all my credits which have now expired as I was unable to access to use them not happy, convenient that it stopped just as I needed to use them now unable to access the app just crash despite multiple removal an reinstall so goes it is Starbucks for me from now on their app works. Funny old thing there is no app support for this either. Apple please remove this app surely if there is no support should not be on here

App No Longer Opens
App no longer opens even with uninstalling and reinstalling. Have lost all of my beans now very frustrating. My iPhone is a little older and can’t update more than iOS 16, that shouldn’t mean that the app doesn’t work as all my other apps work fine.

Absolutely disgusting customer services app won’t let you log back in, done everything that the website has said to do and still nothing, no response to my complaint and can’t speak to anyone in person absolutely disgusting will not be using costa anymore!!!!
