In terms of the basics such as scanning for beans etc it works fine.
But it’s crazy that gift cards are not held on the app, scanning codes is so old hat and if you have multiple gift cards they all get mixed up and can’t be consolidated.
The gift balance checker online never seems to work either.
They also don’t reply to contacts.

I have more than 6 months I tried to open my app but didn’t work!!??
I use the wallet so I can scan in the store and that’s it! I Decommissioned and deleted the app than installed again but not working at all !!!

App is not working and not letting anyone register or login.
Previously logged in users too got logged out automatically.

Just a suggestion for ordering ahead of other click and collect. Allow an option for not having chocolate on a cappuccino or asking for extra hot milk

I have used this for years. It stopped working and wouldn’t load login or new customer. I even tried it on a brand new iPhone 16 I bought last week . Still WONT LOAD!🤬
