Awful
This is the worst advice I’ve gotten from an app that arrogantly thinks it knows everything about everyone. Thinks that they know you more than you do. Don’t they know that no one knows anything.
App is great, BUT….
I use the app a lot for daily guidance and to get clarity on the now and what’s to come. There is an option in the app called "Void". You pay to have specific questions answered. It’s an awesome insight into oneself and prospects to come. However, if you ask your question and it can’t answer it, it will take your money as if it has answered, and I haven’t found a way to get a refund. It’s not a common occurrence but it happens enough that it’s annoying. If the app didn’t steal my money I would give it a 5-star review. I still love the app but the creator should be aware of this and find a way to fix it.

Shorter & Reduced Quality Daily Horoscopes
My daily horoscopes for Pisces have changed markedly in the past several months. Compared to my friend’s horoscopes, they are much shorter and lack depth. It appears as if a slacker is writing them. It’s very disappointing because it used to be different, and my friends are receiving much fuller horoscopes.

Not only does it use ai, it also can’t get basic birth charts correct consistently.
Got my birth chart wrong
It put planets in the wrong house and I triple checked with three different websites and they were all consistent

Used to be fantastic, now worthless
It had many great fundamentally useful features. Now, it provides no more information that a generic quip from a fortune cookie. It’s comically bad, clearly just spitting out generic nonsense which despite being maybe a sentence, often does not even make sense linguistically.
There is no longer any point to this app unless you want a daily sentence that barely makes sense at all as a written sentence, let alone something that is supposed to apply to you. It no longer attempts to give people any info remotely useful like it use to try to do (oddly with surprising accuracy to specific topics). With all the features stripped, a newspaper horoscope would be more useful.

Perpetual “Higher-than-usual-volume”
I’ve reached out several times regarding bugs that are prohibiting regular functionality of the app and find it challenging to believe in their professed “higher-than-usual-volume” of emails. It’s been over a month of consistent outreach and you get nothing but an auto reply, both via email and through their form online. I feel forced to just delete the app if it goes on like this, it’s unprofessional and sloppy.

Pay for this, Pay for that…
You pay £50 for a subscription you expect all features, this isn’t exactly a dense app. Many features listed in the premium section cost extra, the “deep dive” you get for your your yearly “pro-star” sub is simply a few planet pics, the information is no different. Why even with prostar do you end up paywalling things, £10 for that, £11 for another, £2 for each of your friends charts despite them being contained to your device and not real accounts… This app developer is a money grabber

It’s AI, not astrology 👎
They just generate random stuff for everyone using AI, this is not an astrology app as advertised. Go for any of the other numerous astrology apps for horoscopes etc. if you want the guidance from someone who can read our charts 💫
Was good til it thought I went through a break up… now it’s just annoying!
Initially it was great! I used it for years… even had paid for a profile to put my partners details into it to use as a tool to help navigate our relationship…
However after a couple of years later when I realized I had entered the wrong year into my partner’s information (that I could not edit, I could only delete and purchase a new one).
It feels like the app had assumed I went through a break up (or still going through one, which is weird coz I am still happily married).
Anyways since this happened the daily information it gives me is all around relationships and trusting again! I have not related to this app since and i would delete if I hadn’t already invested a decent amount of $$$ around its other features it offers…. It feels broken all because I could not edit a date I had purchased years ago.
Bottom line, when you’re happily married for over a decade and your astrology app is telling you “you’ll find love again” is not insightful it’s just annoying!

F AI. If you use it to make people’s charts and assessments then you’re not allowed to ask for money. The creators obviously don’t have to do any actual readings if you can just have a computer do it for you.

Not a fan of the fear mongering tactics that they used to ‘troll’ their users. Constantly inaccurate and uses wayyyy too much ai for my personal tastes. Wouldn’t recommend.
