Error straight away
Logged in fine, try to enable digital membership and I get an error when I try to submit my photo - “impossible to register digital membership”
Rubbish
I bought a new phone and tried logging in again and can’t. If I use the forgot password option I can’t cut and paste from my password manager. The password prompt opens and hides the field. I finally changed my password successfully after numerous failed attempts despite the passwords matching and the criteria being met, and now I can’t log in using the new password. Tried again, same thing. Unusable.

Not impressed
What’s the point of having to download the app to save time, ask for your money before going in the store and forcing you to pay 65 dollars, then take a photo afterwards to then be told, you now have to go line up at the store which btw is nearly 45min to then verify what you have entered in the phone. I haven’t even entered the store yet. Absolutely hopeless experience so far!

Move to Wallet
All works well but can it be moved to the Wallet or Stocard? Accessing it can sometimes be difficult if there’s no reception. Plus just generally more efficient at the petrol station to scan.

Terrible app doesn’t function ,. Reported to apple for deletion from App Store untlogin works HORRIBLE ., can’t use app .reset password4 times

Impossible to register. I think they got Centrelink team to create it. I’ll just use the card.

Getting Credit card payments completed couldn’t be any more harder. Costco just delete the app from the store and don’t bother
Pending Membership
I still don’t get why any time you change devices you need to visit the membership counter to re activate your digital membership card, surely once per account is sufficient. Please change this.
App that never works
Updated and reinstalled the app many times works till you login and then never works all I see is something wrong refresh app or reopen app to work !
clunky
Digital membership, not immediate … wallet. Even though the photos taken to get the physical card, when you submit the photo the app says you have to visit the warehouse to validate. not had this issue with other photo verification apps.
Waste of time
Made me fill out all the details and verify email just to get an error message saying account cannot be registered, if there was an issue, warn users before validation of email!
Don’t waste your time…
As per many of the other reviews, it doesn’t recognise your password even though you know you have successfully created it and entered it exactly as it should be. Keeps telling me my password is incorrect despite having entered it accurately immediately after creating it. I wanted (amongst many other things) to be able to set up the ability to auto renew so I wouldn’t have to stand in a queue each year but it’s not to be! A very poorly designed app. Stick to what you know and don’t bother with the frustration of trying to get this to work.

Online shopping
One of the worst service from Costco. I ordered robotic vacuum through online on 16 Nov 2025 and still have not received the order. They are playing cat and mouse race with me. Contacted Costco multiple times wasting 15-20 minutes every time for my call to attend with no resolution. When contacted Australia post multiple times, they said that the order is with Star Trek. They again have to contact Start trek, to my surprise, they said that the order deliver is with Australia post, and asked me to contact them and closed my ticket. This is very annoying and disgusting. I have to spend so much time even after spending 750 AUD and the product not delivered and no one is taking responsibility. I did not expected such worst service from them , even after we spend so much money to be a member. Shame on Costco. When they can’t deliver what they promise, then do take orders.

Useless app, can not register a card or place an order
Can’t make payment online
Already updated to the new release. When I tried to pay online, the app just kept loading. Really annoying! I delete all the payment cards, then trying to add a new payment card, loading again!
