The app shows my membership is expired and I have renewed from May 31 and still havenāt updated after 2 weeks
Doesnāt Work!
Completely useless app. Will not send validation code, only an email to say Iām trying to use the app! Useless!
Unusable
Canāt even create an account on the app. Tried registering and it said it would send a verification code to my email address. After three attempts of trying to get it to re-send the code I gave up. And of course, there is no other way to set up the account. Rubbish.
Buy now failure
The buy now button is very easy to miss click, Iāve had to cancel two orders, I was just scrolling

Digital membership card
Cannot use the app when in storeās wifi is not strong enough and hold up the whole paying process!

Canāt register on app
Had to apply for a new card as I lost my last one. Saw the advert for the digital card on the app. Thought it might be a good idea in case I lose the physical card again! However, I canāt get past the registration page! I can fill in everything correctly, but it says something has gone wrong and to try later. After multiple attempts over a few days, Iām done with it. Now I know why the staff didnāt try and promote it!

Membership expired problem!!!!
My actual card has one year membership but the APP shows it has expired?!!! I have been using the APP for a few years without any issues until now! I was told by COSTCO staff that delete and reinstall might solve the problem, sadly it didnāt.
CHECKOUT NEVER WORKS
This app is utterly useless, I have tried at least two dozen times to make a successful checkout using this app and not a single time does it work. I have uninstalled and re-installed, added new payment methods, deleted them, re-added them and nothing will stop the app from erroring when I come to pay via any payment method. Card, Apple Pay, whichever I choose the app doesnāt work. Iām sure I canāt be the only one given the apps abysmal overall rating.

No Quality App
The app on iOS not allowing to login despite username and password correct. I can login on desktop browser and Android app but not in this bugs ridden iPhone app.
CANNOT login !!
App is very buggy, I donāt get how this can happen for a large company like Costco. Canāt even login to my account to show my digital membership !!
Not functional
No matter how many times I set a new password, put the right password in, delete the app, re-install, clear cache etc, Iām never able to set the app up meaning I can use the digital membership.

After latest IOS update app is unusable. When I open it starts switching pages and wonāt stop. Please fix it

I tried doing auto renewal through the app using a new Credit Card but seems useless.

When I type in the search section āBosch wiper blades ā nothing comes up. I tried different words. Nothing works. Also when you try to type in something what you looking for never shows the right result.
Cannot retrieve orders
When I try and access orders from a month ago it says Failed to load orders
