I have tried to register repeatedly, but it keeps Timing out and no way to get support fr it

Beware! I downloaded this app yesterday and bought 20 coins for $17.99 and did not receive them. I was leery with having to buy coins after having to pay for the app itself. I should have known better! I knew something felt sketchy. I’m calling my credit card company about this.

Would give it 0 stars but they wouldn’t let me. Terrible! I paid $10 for a premium month. After choosing my image they wanted my to buy coins for $20 to pay for the image. I cancelled but lost $10 & got NOTHING! Terrible app!
False advertising
It's $9.99 to subscribe. Then you have to buy coins to see your pet in a setting. The $9.99 gets you nothing except and invitation to pay more.

They make you pay a monthly subscription then you have to buy coins on top of that too have your pet portraits done. I bought coins and they still don't show up in my account 🤷🏻♀️ total waste of money.
