No functional links/buttons
The app is a mess. Half the links don’t actually do their function, the “back” to your previous page is completely broken and nonexistent without an app closure, and the menus aren’t always visible unless you access another submenu somewhere. Wow!
Map is horrible
The map is horrible we put in directions for the Germania amphitheater for the driver QA and it led us around the entire cota. And we got here when the gates open and my daughter had a gift for Oscar and we got there as they announced McLaren leaving she cried worst add ever

They didn’t even bother to put all the events into the schedule and had wrong times in others. I missed so much because of this

Tickets dont load through the app and the event times are incorrect making it hard to plan.

Unable to access my F1 tickets through the app after signing in through ticket master. It won’t refresh.
Horrible
The syncing with Ticketmaster is abysmal. Good luck with trying to get into the race!!!!! And logged a case with support but no response. Wow.
Fix the app, cant see my tickets.

Online I am recommended to d/l the app. Okay. The app only displays info about a motorcycle race 3 months ago. Not a word about concerts or upcoming events.

Downloaded the app thinking it would be a great way to easily keep track of events happening at COTA.
It is only easy to keep track of F1. For anything else, you have to dig. I don’t give a rat’s backside about F1 - so I have to dig.

Non responsive-Needs work
Trying to find seats and maps fails to load and immediately sends you back to chat mode. Very no responsive in other areas. Not ready for a premier event.
Useless for key events
So instead of using Ticketmaster you have to use COTA app. Absolutely useless app. I’ve had to delete and reinstall app 6 times to see formula 1 tickets that were purchased through Ticketmaster. Why waste users time and add complexity???!
Average app: pointless during peak events
For both qualy and race at this years F1 the app wouldn’t load due to there being no internet service. My son is in a different carrier and same result. Just luck if you’re phone gets data coming in. I was at turn 1 GA.
Poor. Seems out date
My app is stuck on MotoGP and I cannot change events.
Some of my tickets don’t go to apple wallet.
Very buggy, poorly laid out and infrequent updates.

It’s still lame.
So it holds your ticket, but it can be so much better. Great ideas have already been submitted in the existing reviews.

48 hours before the event and I can’t access my tickets.
Crap App
Purchased tickets to MotoGP was charged and charge went through on my credit card, I saw the tickets on the app and now all of a sudden it is showing "no tickets purchased" os some such B.S. I called my CC company just to be sure the tickets were charged and yes they were! Ridiculous!!!!
Useless app
I am literally looking at my seats on the Ticketmaster website and it’s saying the tickets are on the cota app.
I download this useless app and it’s neither in my Ticketmaster account or my cota account.

Must use the app for entry.
The email i got said I had to use this to get in. Good thing i took screenshots of the qr code tickets. The app would not load at the venue. There were too many people on it and it could not handle the load. Worthless app do not download. Screenshot your QR codes or save to apple wallet. Do not bother downloading this.
If there is another venue close with the same show, go there. The whole cota experience was dreadful. 2 hours to park. No staff when needed. Idiots were standing in the entry way, making you think the area was full. It was not full, if you pushed your way through the idiots there were giant open fields where no one was standing. Staff did not do their job. Basic entry path enforcement. 100’s of people turned around or jumped the fence to go to silver instead of bronze. If i had been able to park 2 hours earlier when I got there, I may have got a better seat.
