Digital delivery is poor

I subscribed to the digital magazine in order to receive the bimonthly publication in real time. It is now April 12th and the April-May issue hasn’t been released. How come. It’s disappointing.

I love this magazine and am on my second year subscription, but ever since Apple came out with ios11, it no longer works. Please update the app immediately- I’m paying for a subscription I can’t read. I’d love to revise my rating to 5 stars where it should be!
