Utterly amateurish app
Their app is not up to scratch and they have no customer care. I had a technical issue which restricted my access to the content. I messaged for help through the app but was never contacted again. I emailed directly - again no response. I called but my call was disconnected - the message said they were too busy to answer calls. Ultimately I cancelled my subscription. What irks me the most is that I know no one at Cote Sud will even read my review. May be one day a new management will wonder why they are doing so poorly in digital…?

Love Cote Sud: hate this app
CS is my favourite magazine, it isn’t cheap but as a luxury purchase I think it’s worth it. I hate that - having subscribed at full-whack - this app interrupts magazine browsing every minute or so with adds that have followed me from the web. I get that this business needs to stay afloat but resent paying twice, once for the magazine and then again by having crappy ads obscure an article I’m trying to read in app.
Cheap model that is just so far removed from this brand’s image. Guess I’ll have to let my subscription go :-(

I purchased my first issue in 1997. I was so happy to be able purchase it through my Amazon account. I only wish it had a
French to English translation built into it. I don’t want to read it in English, I just want to read French and get a translation of words I don’t understand.

I love the magazine.. most of articles and documentation are excellent and to my taste..
If more articles on countryside houses or contemporary ( not modern or minimalist houses) would be appreciated.
