They claim you get a free call. It's about 1 min. They waste the entire time confirming information you entered in at least twice to three times at that point. You get absolutely NOTHING from it. They want you to pay. It's a total and complete scam from India. Apple needs to shut this down ASAP!

Unable to finish my session and there has been error after the update of the application made today.
I have screenshots of the pages where I have 4 pending sessions with the counsellor and all of sudden she is not live. Both were facing issues during the sessions. I almost bought package of 5k and they are going to be waste as it’s showing today is the last valid date. I need a refund on the remaining timeline so that I can use it for future.

Treatment of their professionals
The offer letters they give out are so iron clad and puts so much of liability on the professional.. and they block all loopholes - we can’t review we can’t comment we can’t use anything we learned etc etc ..
THEY not only withdrew the offer letter ( they recalled it completely ) why did they do that if they didn’t want the offer letter contents to be in public domain - within just one day after I rejected their offer …. LATEST EDIT - 30 April - NOW THEY ARE BULLYING ME by sending me a legal notice JUST FOR WRITING THE ABOVE REVIEW !!!! What an UNDEMOCRATIC company ???
