Never able to order

App crashes every time.

Took 15 mins to order a pizza the app kept reloading and kicking me back to main page everytime it would reload. Finally got my order submitted after the app reloaded 96 times

No prices, no order.

Deleting. I'm not adding anything to my order that I don't know how much it costs.

And your users don't always want to make an order. I just want to browse the menu, look at the prices, then decide if I want to make an order. There's no option for this. And even if I just fake an order, I don't know what the prices are apparently until I go to check out. (I'm assuming this part because I didn't get past the list of products since they weren't priced.)

Just give your users a menu. Not all of us are regular customers.

Also, why do I have to specify the location every time? What's the point of picking a "favorite" if it's not going to default to it, and if it can't pull the prices up when I do eventually say I'm going to make an order?

Horrible design and interface.

I pick my son up from work everyday, and there is a Cottage Inn right by there. Would have been nice to open the app and see if there was something that looked good to me. I'll be going somewhere else. Efficiency and Speed are very important. This app allows for neither.

The app is very convenient and easy to navigate. I do wish there were more reward options because I would order it more like A lot of the other pizza apps. I also love cottage inn pizza

Love the pizza…hate the app and website.

One star for the pizza—zero stars for the app.

This is hands-down the worst app I’ve used in years. If you’re hoping it’s better than the website…don’t. It’s just a wrapper around the same clunky site, and somehow it’s worse. Why are there two separate logins? And why do I have to repeatedly accept privacy policies just to order a pizza? Sell pizza, not my personal info.

I live in Grand Rapids, but for some reason, the app thinks I’m in Ann Arbor-every single time. Even after placing six orders, it still makes me scroll through a list of every location in Michigan just to get to mine. Meanwhile, it shows “Grand Rapids” at the top the whole time. It’s a UX disaster.

Whoever is maintaining this site/app is doing you dirty. It’s not just outdated—it wouldn’t have been acceptable 15 years ago. Fire your dev team and start over.

That said… fantastic pizza. I’ll keep coming back despite the tech. Please fix this and I’ll change my rating.

Not working

One day it updated my app and now I can’t sign in and when I try it says my phone number is already taken. So now I can’t use points and have to use guest access.

Cant login

Won’t let me log in and won’t email me a reset password. It says my phone number is already in use and I know I have an account. Won’t let me access it.

App is effectively useless now

Open app and immediately asks me to update my info. Put in my accurate info and get told my phone number is already in use. And can not advance into app with out putting in a new phone number.

Ruined by recent update

Since the new update I can not login, after entering my login info, it prompts me to enter my name/phone#/birthday and always tells me the phone# is already taken, but of course it is, I already have an account

Can’t log in or reset password

Since this refresh was released, I cannot login nor reset my password because it never sends an email to my account. Also, trying to make a new account gets rejected because it’s the same phone number as my previous account. I hope my 100+ reward points are not lost. No pizza for me tonight.

Shouldn’t have updated

Ever since I updated the app, I can’t login. Haven’t ate Cottage Inn since.

Bad update

I can’t even log in to order. Can’t reset password. I’d make a new account but can’t use my phone number because it’s in the system already. Hopefully someone fixes it quick. I hate going someplace else.
