The app just keeps shutting down, they should have gone with Zinio to deliver there magazine as this problem plagues Pocketmags. Update from me September 2018, everthing works great now, fast and easy to load, flip pages, jump around and zoom in. Well here it is 2024 and its back to inability to download mags. What is the matter with this company? I will just get it at the library and cancel my subscription.

App is garbage won’t recognize subscription - do not use
I bought the cottagelife subscription right in the app. But it won’t recognize that I paid for it. Can’t open any magazine issues as it shows I still need to buy a subscription. The paid subscription shows in my iPad under settings/subscriptions. The Restore Purchases feature fails and doesn’t work. The contact support feature doesn’t work. This app is total garbage and will just steal your money.

Takes your money and gives you download errors.
Horrible UE and riddled with download bugs when you try to buy issues.

I bought a subscription but cannot access the digital version. It’s now been 18 days and I’m still not getting what I paid for. They can not resolve it and will not do anything. Will have to contact visa.

Crashes instantly
Magazine crashes instantly when trying to open. Have re-installed several times. Will be trying to get a refund.

Worst iPad e-Mag I subscribe to!!!
As the title states, worst e-mag (if that's the right term) I subscribe to! Issues are hard to get, pages are in proper order so reading articles is a chore and no-investment or implementation of STANDARD interactive features found in most iPad publications! Don't waste your money! I will not renew my subscription!

As another recent reviewer indicated, new issues are only available on iPhone. Much too small to read!
