I was able to register and log in fine. Easy to navigate, place order and use Apple Pay for the transaction. Would like to suggest “dark mode”.

Frustrating Experience: Basic Features are Broken
The app is completely broken. I can't remove items from my cart, and now that I’ve reinstalled it, I’m not receiving a verification code to log in. It’s impossible for me to use the app again. Please fix these basic features; the current experience is incredibly frustrating and a total waste of time

Lot of the reviews have been due to the payment screen which used to take you to a website for payment, which they’ve now fixed and you pay in the app. However I wanted to share an experience where I was standing right in front of the store to use coupon, the store turned off online ordering and my order went to a different store. I emailed multiple weeks ago and received no reply.

Unable to remove item once it has been added to cart and some items such as Stardust Crema Cotti is auto selected with +Boba that you cannot unselect. Please improve the app

Functional but can be optimised
Can you guys fix the payment flow such that the payment gateway doesn’t lead to opening a new window or browser on the Apple iOS. Also remove the auto log out otherwise I have to keep logging in each week . Thank you kindly
Frustrating delivery limitations
I was disappointed to find that the app doesn’t allow me to select a delivery option, even though the café is just 200 meters from my building. It keeps saying delivery isn’t available for my location, which defeats the whole purpose of using the app. Hoping this gets fixed soon!

Don’t install
When you try to pay by Apple Pay, it won’t work and your credit card will have charges from Hong Kong. Don’t trust this app or company.

最近アプリで支払い方法をApple Payで選んじゃうとリダイレクトにめちゃくちゃ時間かかります。
あまりにも支払いまで行けなくて再度注文し直したら選んだオプションが外されてやっと注文出来たところホットに選んだはずなのに全部リセットされてアイスに注文間違えてて..スタッフさんの方で温めてくれたのでお手数をかけましたね....
というかデフォルト冷になってるのもちょっと良くないと思うので全部選ばないと注文出来ないシステムにして欲しいですね
