All my past and future events completely wiped out without a warning. 👎🏼

ive had this app for years. i just opened it to check on my countdown. and mental health dates. everything is GONE! i used this to track i how long ive bee free from abusive. how long i will be free from coparenting abusive and its all gone!
What happened?
This app used to work great, counted down to events, then counted up once they had passed. Opened the app today and EVERYTHING has disappeared.
I’ve lost all of my data
I’ve lost all of my data. I’ve been using this app for years, and now all of my dates and events are gone. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I relied on this app to keep track of important dates, and now everything has disappeared. I hope the developers address this issue and provide a way to restore users’ data.

Wish the ads wouldn’t pop up on my screen if I was interested I would look them up! Get rid of them
Lost my counts
I’ve used this app for years and just lost all of my countdowns/countups. Unacceptable. Uninstalling.
Used to work…
I’ve used this app for years. Recently it began to show a message that it wasn’t syncing. I contacted support but no reply. Today, the app opened and showed no countdowns! I lost all of them! Very unhappy about it - especially that there is no support! I’m not going to pay again for it so will have to delete it.

Erased data
I don’t know why but all my data is gone. I had 3 different count downs and a count up. It was there a week ago. Now it’s all gone. Had this app for almost 4 years…. I deleted the app.
Everything is gone
All of my items from the last 3 years and current are not showing anymore. Help
Recent update 👎
I liked the countdown display and I liked that it counted up after the event passed. But the last update wiped out everything I had saved. Really disappointed that happened :(
All events spontaneously disappeared.

Data disappeared overnight
I’ve been using this app for years and looked at it today only to have all of my countdowns are completely gone and replaced by random default ones instead. Update must have wiped everything, and judging by reviews in the last month I’m not the only one.

This is a very fun app I always put count downs for birthdays, Holidays last day of class and all of that fun stuff

Keep Erasing My Countdowns
I’m so frustrated. I paid for the Ad Free version and it wiped out my countdowns. OK, fine, I’ll reset them. Reset them and a week later they’re all erased again. 😡 Trash!
